Refund Policy

At Homedex, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product arrives damaged.

  • The wrong item is delivered.

  • The product is unused.

  • The product remains in its original packaging.

Unboxing Video Requirement

Customers must record a complete unboxing video before opening the parcel.

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package.

  • The entire opening process.

  • Any damage or issue with the item.

Claims regarding damaged, incorrect, or missing products may not be accepted without a valid unboxing video.

Refunds and Replacements

If the issue is verified, we will:

  • Replace the product, or

  • Issue a refund where applicable.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The customer changes their mind after purchase.

  • The customer simply does not like the product.

  • The product has been used.

  • The product has been damaged after delivery.

  • The original packaging is missing.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
