At Homedex, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The product remains in its original packaging.
Unboxing Video Requirement
Customers must record a complete unboxing video before opening the parcel.
The video must clearly show:

The sealed package.
-
The entire opening process.

Any damage or issue with the item.
Claims regarding damaged, incorrect, or missing products may not be accepted without a valid unboxing video.
Refunds and Replacements
If the issue is verified, we will:

Replace the product, or

Issue a refund where applicable.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:

The customer changes their mind after purchase.

The customer simply does not like the product.

The product has been used.

The product has been damaged after delivery.

The original packaging is missing.
